Tandoori Chicken

One of my current obsessions: tandoori chicken, masala sauce and a little garlic naan (not pictured). Garlic naan is a soft, warm, tender flat bread. Tandoori chicken is marinated in yogurt and barbequed in a tandoori oven. Masala is indescribeable. I love it.

I waited thirty-four years to try Indian food, and now I can't stop thinking about it.

I LOVE Indian food. I hadn't tried it until recently, either, but it was immediate love. So delicious. :)

I love Indian food and I am so happy for you for discovering it! My favorites are Palak Paneer (Spinach curry with cheese) and Pakoras (deep fried savory veggie balls), onion chutney and garlic naan. Now I'm hungry!

yum. I love Indian food too but I am the only one in my family who does! But I do use the curry paste recipe from Feeding the Whole Family. Yum again!
