Spencer Magnet: At Home for May

I completely forgot about sharing my Spencer Magnet articles here for the last month! I'm still thrilled to be writing for them. My year anniversary was at the beginning of May. My articles are published under the heading At Home because I write about homey topics - like food, sewing, decorating and Homemaker Clubs. A few months ago, At Home even got its own heading on the website (under features) which was a thrill.

• Blast from the Past - The Homemakers Annual Meeting was Lincoln themed
• A Dirty Secret: Dirt Cake Recipe Fun & Delicious - This cake was SO good. I have been craving it for weeks. What was really funny was that my daughter refused to try it because we called it "Dirt Cake." Yet she'll eat food off the floor.
• East Recipe Brings A Taste of Asian Flare - A recipe my husband tried from a diabetic cookbooks (none of us are diabetic). There are no artificial sweeteners in this recipe.
